Help Desk Contact Hours

The Help Desk is monitored Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm AEST.  We endeavour to respond to your query within 3 hours during these times.  

On Saturday & Sunday the help desk is checked periodically.  Any queries which require immediate action to allow you to place an order prior to an order cut off time on a Saturday or Sunday will be responded to otherwise all enquires will be responded to on Monday.
