You can request an order modification at any time prior to the order event.
These requests can include:
- removing an item
- adding an item from the same pack
- making a note about a child's class
- making a note about an allergy
This feature is not for:
- Notifying the restaurant that you would like to cancel the order
- Moving the order to another day
- We can not upgrade your order to another price point. For example moving from a 6 inch Ham to 6inch Chicken Strips. If the overall price increases or decreases the order will need to be cancelled and a new order placed.
