Order not received

Please notify us within 24 hours or as soon as possible with your Order Number.  Please empower the customer to notify their group organiser.  All groups have their own profile and check orders placed - past, present & future.  
Our supplying restaurants take great care and want to ensure everyone gets there orders but mistakes do happen from time to time.

What will occur:
  1. Investigation with Group and supplying restaurant 
  2. Review of the order status on the platform 
  3. Resolution once the investigation has been completed 
We recommend all of our supplying restaurants supply a few spare lunches each order event to assist with no one going hungry.
